I'm moving again

I am about to move again. This time it won't be across the country to another state or even to a different city. My lease in the apartment will end the last day of March and since I'm sticking around Texas for a while, I will be moving in with a friend. He had a roommate get married 2 weeks ago, so the timing was perfect for both of us. His house is about 2 miles away, so the move won't cost me too much.

One thing that is different about this move is when I planned to start packing. When I moved here from Montana, I planned to start packing about 2 weeks before I actually left, but I ended up packing the day before. It was a good thing I didn't have much. This time, I planned to start packing the first weekend of the month and thanks to my great planning, I have started to pack 1 week before rather than the day before I move. Aren't you proud of me? I am proud to say that I now have all of my books, movies, and extra blankets packed into boxes.
